I have used the new registration system several times to enroll in programs for Southeast Continuing Education. I find the system is easy to use and makes it easy to register for the courses and programs I am interested in participating in.

WHY IS THERE A NEW REGISTRATION SYSTEM?
This new Imperisoft-ProClass software allows management to more efficiently track courses, communicate with students and instructors and handle the financial aspects of our operations. For students, it provides a secure way to access a personal account and make credit card payments. Users will be able to see their course registrations, update address changes, view their account balance and opt to store credit card information for future registrations.
HOW DO I LOOK FOR COURSES?
You will find our course listings in the same place on our website: engage.semo.edu/register
If you are on the Center’s main page, just click the left menu button for COURSES. You can also type the address in your browser:
WHY DO THE COURSE LISTINGS LOOK SO DIFFERENT? I DON'T SEE IMAGES & DESCRIPTIONS.
Course listings begin from a search page that looks like the image below. Detailed course descriptions and images are available for each course after you choose the semester & search to find current listings.
Click the title of the course for which you want more information and the details and image will appear. The search of courses can be narrowed by changing the search options on the right.
DO I HAVE TO LOGIN TO BROWSE PROGRAM LISTINGS?
No. Just choose the semester and click on SEARCH.
HOW DO I LOGIN TO REGISTER?
If you have previously registered for a course at our Southeast Missouri State University – Engagement Center Online Registration Site, your name, email, address & phone number were imported into the database. In the login box, just click “Forgot Password’ and it will take you to a screen to enter your email address. You will be emailed your user name & password from Administrator <DoNotReply@proclassonline.com> [*If you don’t receive it quickly, check to be sure it wasn’t delivered to your junk mail!] Use this information to access your account. You should change your username & password as you prefer. Passwords have an eight-character limit. If you are a new student, you will set up an account by clicking the ‘New User? Start Here’ link.
HOW DO I REGISTER FOR MY ONLINE COURSE?
After you have searched for current listings, you can Begin Registration from the list or click the title of a program to see the program details and an image. You can also Begin Registration from that detail page. The system will walk you through the registration process step by step. If you are a returning student you will need to login. If you are a new student, you will need to set up an account. When you submit the registration, your credit card will be charged.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY COURSE?
All tuition is due at the time of registration. Payment is by credit card only through a secure gateway provider. As when making other online purchases, you will need to enter your credit card information when you are prompted. You can choose to store that information in your Imperisoft-ProClass account or enter it whenever you are making a new registration.
IF A COURSE IS FULL, CAN I REQUEST TO BE ON THE WAIT LIST?
Yes. When a course is FULL there is a link for the wait list. You will be asked to Login and submit the wait list request. Your credit card will not be charged. If an opening occurs, the office will notify you and ask that you remit payment by check or cash.
WHAT INFORMATION IS STORED IN MY ACCOUNT?
Your personal information: name, username, address, email & phone number. When you are logged into your account, you can access MY ACCOUNT at the top of the page just below the banner. For returning students, some data was imported into the system. Both new and returning students may make any corrections on their My Account form and must provide emergency contact information [a required field] in order to register. Be sure to SAVE changes. There is gray bar at the bottom of the MY ACCOUNT page with several tabs. My
Registrations and Payments will show you the courses you have registered for and the payments or credits you have.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR USER NAME?
Please DO NOT set up a new account. Login to the system using your username and password. Click on MY ACCOUNT on the top of the page [just below the banner]. Change your email address or your user name on the form and SAVE. All your registration info will remain in your personal account. Your old email address will no longer be in the system.
HOW DO I WITHDRAW FROM A COURSE?
You must email the office no later than 10 days before the course in order to receive a full refund. You may also choose to credit your account to be used at another time. *Please note that this does not apply to multi-day tours.
HOW DO I USE AN ACCOUNT CREDIT FOR A NEW REGISTRATION?
If you have a credit from a previous course that either did not run or that you withdrew from during the grace period, you must contact the office at firstname.lastname@example.org to apply that credit toward a new course.
HOW DO I USE A GIFT CERTIFICATE?
If you have a Gift Certificate for courses at Continuing Education, you must contact the office at email@example.com to apply that gift certificate toward courses.

Imperisoft-ProClass uses slightly different terminology. ‘Courses’ are referred to as ‘Programs’ and our brochure periods are now called ‘Semesters’. If you previously searched by ‘Topic’ you will now use ‘Medium’
